PRE-ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 12 WEEKS TO SHIP. BY PLACING YOUR ORDER YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.  We have received 4 shipments since opening the Pre-Order and never once has it taken 12 weeks this is just me be overly cautious as shipping from overseas and the port can be a little unpredictable.

INFO FROM USPS LOCAL POSTMASTER: I have received quite a few messages regarding tracking showing "label created" and no movement. Just so you all are aware, I hold nothing back. If I printed the label, it will be picked up the following business day. I noticed on the Jan 24 shipments, a bunch of orders is only showing labels created between Jan 21-23 but no movement. So I reached out to our local postmaster to see if they are sitting somewhere waiting to be scanned in or where is my stuff because I don't have it. She informed me that when large shipments come in, they are only required to scan FIVE (5) of the labels in the shipment. So please be aware that just because it shows the label created, does not mean I haven't shipped it. Now if it goes beyond 7 days or so and still shows no movement, I will still reach out with that specific tracking number to inquire where the item is and why it isn't moving. 

• UPDATE MAR 15, 2022: SHIPMENT ARRIVED AT THE PORT ON 3/07/22 AND WAS PICKED UP BY UPS THIS MORNING. TRACKING SHOWING EXPECTED DELIVERY FRIDAY, MARCH 18,2022. WILL UPDATE IF ANYTHING CHANGES BEYOND THIS.
• UPDATE FEB 28, 2022 AS OF INV NUMBER 200118863 THE UPCOMING SHIPMENT OF TUMBLER TAPE IS OFFICIALLY SOLD OUT. ANY ORDERS PLACED AFTER 9:07PM CST WILL BE FULFILLED WITH THE FOLLOWING SHIPMENT EXPECTED ON OR AROUND 3/23/22
• UPDATE FEB 27, 2022: Chinese New Year has officially ended as of Feb 20th and the next shipment had been loaded on the ship and is on the way to us! The expected arrival date for the ship to reach the port is Wed March 9th and then I should expect to have them in my hands within 7 days from then (APPROX MAR 16, 2022). Please know unexpected delays can occur that are out of my control and all of these expected times are just estimates. As of today, there are only 120 packs of tumbler tape left in this shipment and it will most likely be sold out by the time it is delivered to me. But don't worry because I have another large shipment right behind it and it is expected to be delivered a week after this next one (APPROX MAR 23, 2022) Then hopefully that will get us away from preorder and be back on track with only an in stock option :) 
• UPDATE FEB 20,2022: Shipment was expected to arrive on Friday, Feb. 18 but was delayed due to a severe weather warning. It is now, as of today, showing it will be delivered tomorrow, Feb 21, 2022 Once it is delivered I will pack all orders for as long as it takes to ensure they are all picked up the following business day.

• UPDATE FEB 15,2022: This shipment will be for any orders placed from 1/14 - 1/22 at 11:48 am, has been picked up from the port by UPS as of this morning, and is showing expected delivery of 2/18. I only show tracking for half of that shipment, but typically they all stay together and I can expect the full order to arrive by Friday. Once received, all orders will ship within 1 business day!

• UPDATE FEB 11, 2022: The next shipment has arrived at the port as of 2/10/22. As soon as it is picked up by UPS, I will make another update. It is expected to be delivered to me, by 2/18. If for some reason this changes I will be sure to post it here! IF you need to know if your order is included in this shipment, please see the Jan 22 UPDATE below. 

• UPDATE JAN 22, 2022: The next shipment that is due in 2-4 weeks has been sold out as of today. The last invoice that will be shipped with this shipment is number 200113458 placed on Jan 22 around 11 am. All other orders placed after that invoice will be on the following shipment. Please keep in mind that Chinese New Year started on Jan 20th and ends on the 10th of Feb, so nothing will move during that time. As soon as the next shipment is on the way, I'll be sure to update you all here! 

• ALL ORDERS PLACED THROUGH 1-14 INV #200111154 HAVE BEEN SHIPPED. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND YOUR INVOICE NUMBER FALLS WITHIN THE TIMEFRAMES LISTED BELOW, PLEASE EMAIL ME AT INFO@KKCUSTOMTNT.COM, ONLY AFTER YOU HAVE CHECKED YOUR EMAIL INBOX AND SPAM FOLDER.

• UPDATE JAN 14, 2022: The shipment expected to arrive next week has sold out effective today at 9:50 am, (Inv no. 200111154 was the last order in this group) All orders after that will be on the next shipment expected within 3-4 weeks from Friday. 

• UPDATE JAN 7, 2022 Due to inclement weather, the UPS shipment that was expected on Friday, January 7. 2022 was delayed. It is showing it will be delivered on Monday, January 10. Once that shipment arrives, all remaining orders placed up to January 6 at 10 am will ship within 1-2 business days. I will be sure to keep posting the updates as I receive them.

• 11/10/2021 NOTE: The pre-order is already on the way and typically should only take a few weeks to arrive but due to all of the delays and congestion we witnessed last month, the 12 weeks is an overestimate. 

• The shipment expected to arrive by Friday, January 7, 2022, will fulfill all invoices from 20016386 thru 200110327. If your invoice number falls beyond this range, those orders will ship when the next shipment arrives. That shipment is expected anytime between 01/10/2022 thru 01/21/2022. As soon as it arrives another update will be made and shipping notification will be sent out.

Please note, these timeframes are estimates based on what tracking is showing currently. Unforeseen circumstances outside of my control can cause delays.
