You are receiving a PHYSICAL product- NOT A DIGITAL DESIGN. These TRANSFERS are printed to fit our 20oz Skinny Straight Sublimation Tumblers.  We do NOT offer refunds or returns on ANY transfer. We are NOT responsible for ANY transfer or products that are not pressed correctly.

For custom prints, no edits or customization will be made.  You will need to provide the image ready to print.  Resizing is accepted. If editing is required or needed, there will be an additional charge of $25. If you need a name added, please do so before sending or uploading. If you cannot add the name, please send the name in the font and color you want, ready to be added to the image. Also please leave the placement of the name in the notes at checkout or send an email to info@kkcustomtnt.com
